Deputies from the Stafford County Sheriff's Office busted Jimmy Chirinos, 31, for his fourth DUI after being caught allegedly intoxicated during a speeding stop early on Friday morning, authorities announced.

Shortly after 4:45 a.m. on July 19, deputies in the area of Warrenton Road and Cambridge Street in Falmouth spotted a Dodge Charger going 60 mph in a posted 45 mph zone, prompting a stop that led to the Stafford resident's arrest.

According to deputies, "Chirinos had signs of intoxication, including glassy, bloodshot eyes and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath," and he readily admitted to consuming "two beers," and fessed up to not having a license because it was suspended.

It was suspended for three previous DUI offenses, investigators found.

Chirinos was charged with felony driving under the influence fourth offense within ten years, driving after forfeiture of his license, driving while suspended, and speeding.

He is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
